Do the shirts fit true to size?

The shirts are a high quality, very comfortable 60/40 poly/cotton, or triblend shirt. They fit true to size and are more of an athletic or "fitted" cut so if you are in between sizes it may be best to choose the larger of the 2 sizes.

Will the shirts help you achieve a new PR?

This one is debatable. The shirt alone will not magically add muscle mass. But the increased confidence levels and attention you get at the gym will definitely push you to move more weight.

I'm a woman, can I still be a Dude That Lifts?

100%. I don't care what your fitness level is, what the color of your skin is, who you call God or what gender you are...as long as you have a burning desire to put in the FKN work and progress, we are the same. The Women's lineup will continue to grow as the company grows.
