Shipping policy

FULFILLMENT POLICY

At Dude That Lifts, we pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Most orders will leave our facility 1-3 days after you place your order. We do not drop ship. Everything ships direct from our warehouse, and we strive to provide you the best service in the market. If for some reason you haven't received a shipment confirmation within 7 business days, please email us directly at andrew@dudethatlifts.com. This is RARE.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS

Once we hand your package off to our noble USPS representative, it is no longer in our control. Your confirmation email will have tracking information attached, and you can see all updates to your package via that email.

As the package gets closer to your home, I will send out email updates as a courtesy to keep you in the loop.

DTL SHIPPING INSURANCE

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SELECTING THE SHIPPING INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT. ONCE SELECTED, IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR ORDER DURING TRANSIT, WE WILL REPLACE IT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.  THIS IS NOT LIMITED TO BUT INCLUDES:

MAILMAN USING YOUR PACKAGE AS A LUNCH PLATE, MAILMAN STEALING YOUR PACKAGE BECAUSE THE MAILER LOOKS SO RAD, DELIVERY GOING TO YOUR NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE (WHO SECRETLY LOVES OUR BRAND AND PRETENDS IT DIDN'T HAPPEN), OR SIMPLY THE OL' HOUDINI ACT THAT JUST HAPPENS TIME TO TIME.

IF YOU DESELECT INSURANCE AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, MISPLACED, DELIVERED TO YOUR OLD ADDRESS, IF THE MAILMAN DRIVES INTO THE RIVER OR THE PLANE FALLS FROM THE SKY...WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO SEND REPLACEMENTS.

LOST / DAMAGED / STOLEN SHIPMENTS

(THIS SECTION ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE WHO SELECTED INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT)

It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier for tracking and lost shipments. What you see in your tracking information is the only information available. We do not have secret government software that supersedes the information available to you. Please call your local post office for assistance and get as much information as possible before contacting us, otherwise the process gets delayed.

  • All lost, damaged or stolen shipments must be reported through email to andrew@dudethatlifts.com.
  • Please allow 7 days from your LAST update to make your claim. Storms, strikes, and a plethora of other things can hold a package up.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, wait 24 hours and contact your local Post Office for assistance. If they cannot provide you with a status, your 7 day countdown begins immediately.

It is important that if you have any doubt about the credibility of USPS, you select DTL INSURANCE  at checkout. This is the only option that 100% guarantees your package will arrive, even if it is lost, damaged or stolen.

We ship FAST AF, but once it leaves the Dude That Lifts HQ, it is out of our hands, and reliant upon our postal carriers.

If you deselected insurance, we unfortunately cannot honor a replacement.  The moment the package leaves our hands, we have lost all control, and we rely heavily on our USPS carriers. I trust them 99% of the time, but occasionally, they let us down.

SHIPPING RATES

U.S.

All orders up to $74.99 placed in the United States will require $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping.

Orders greater than $74.99 ship free.

Most orders will ship First Class. Under most conditions, First Class is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from the time transit begins. Keep in mind that MODERN TIMES have made deliveries more susceptible to delays.

Canada

Canadian Rates will be determined based on weight. Customers in Canada will be responsible for all applicable taxes or duties that may be incurred.

Delivery transit is variable to Canada. Please Check Tracking Email for most up to date information for your order.

U.S. Military Bases Worldwide

If you are deployed on an American Base, anywhere in the world, we can and will ship to you. If you have any errors pop-up, contact us immediately so we can get you taken care of.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

To limit fraudulent charges, we have most of the world shut off. But if you have found our website, and it's not allowing you to ship to your country, email me. I will allow your country in our system and take care of you! Don't bail without letting me have a chance to take care of you.
