RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Dude That Lifts, we strive to offer you the best customer service and the best gear you can get your hands on.

Sometimes, mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to andrew@dudethatlifts.com immediately, so I can get you taken care of.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by Dude That Lifts within 7 days of receipt.
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • We do not offer returns for "change of mind".
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do offer 14 Day from shipment exchanges. If for any reason something doesn’t fit, reach out to andrew@dudethatlifts.com and we’ll be glad to take care of you.

TERMS ON EXCHANGE:

  • Item must be in new, never worn, & never washed condition. If Dude That Lifts determines that the items does not fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the exchange.
  • If exchange is granted, the item needs to be returned at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise voided by Dude That Lifts or return label is mailed.
  • Once original item is received and approved, a replacement will be sent out, free of charge.
